Take care of your wicker
- Routine Care: Regularly dust and vacuum the surface to prevent dirt buildup. Occasionally apply a light coat of furniture wax or oil to preserve its vintage beauty.
- Seasonal Deep Clean: Wash the furniture down with a strong-pressure hose each season. Use a soft brush to gently remove loose dirt and debris from crevices and hard-to-reach areas.
- Targeted Cleaning: For sticky residue, apply a non-foaming cleanser with water and rinse with a low-pressure hose. For caked-on mud or food, scrub gently with a medium-bristle brush, mild detergent, and clean water, then wipe with a lint-free cloth.
- Drying: Use a dry towel to pat the furniture dry, then allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area.
- Protection: Always cover the furniture or store it indoors during snowy weather when not in use.
