PREMIUM TEAK
Teak is a close grained hardwood with high natural oil content. It is highly resistant to rotting and almost impervious to the effects of sun, rain, frost or snow. These characteristics make it the ideal timber for all outdoor applications. Many other hardwoods are used for outdoor furniture and some are even marketed as 'teak substitutes', however, there is no substitute for teak and no other hardwood will perform to the same standard as teak in outdoor conditions.
Only premium grade plantation grown teak is used in Triconville furniture. The features of premium grade teak are consistent grain structure, the absence of knots, splits or cracks. All teak furniture comes in natural smooth finish. Cleaning: Teak does not require any special maintenance routine. Left outside, the exposed surfaces of the furniture will become a soft silvery grey in color. Besides, weather will cause some surface erosion leading to slight surface roughness, possible mildew and checking. Checking is a natural process that occurs when teak develops small cracks in the end grain. However, this does not affect the durability of teak furniture. All teakwood we use in our production comes from TFT supported teak plantations only.

SLING
Batyline® is made by a French company, Ferrari, and is widely used in premium outdoor furniture. Batyline® is an extremely durable and high quality material consisting of a polyester fiber covered by a coating of PVC, making it nearly impossible to tear. It is 100% synthetic and resistant to rot and mildew. It is highly resistant to UV radiation and fading. It can withstand temperature extremes, ranging from -30C to 70C. It is an ideal material to be used near swimming pools or other aggressive environments with chlorine or salt water. Sagging is minimal as it has a maximum stretch of 3%. It also has a "memory" - it will slowly regain its original shape after it has used, especially when placed out in the sun. Batyline® has 7 advantages:
- Perfect Aesthetics
- Unparalleled stability
- Very easy upkeep
- Remarkable deterioration resistance
- Full safety guarantees
- Eco-design and 100 % recyclable
- A quality and certification approach

STAINLESS STEEL
We use #304 grade stainless steel in our products. It contains a maximum of 0.15% carbon, a minimum of 18% chromium and sufficient nickel to retain an austenitic structure at all temperatures. Grade #304 is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and corrosion/oxidation resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless steel.
It is used in all industrial, commercial and domestic fields because of its good corrosion and heat resisting properties. The surface finish on Stainless Steel is finely developed and maintained during finishing process to ensure pleasing aesthetic appearance of Stainless Steel.
Cleaning: Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion. Natural hazards such as dust and moisture in the air can attack the finish on this type of outdoor furniture. A regular cleaning of stainless steel frames is required on a monthly basis to remove the natural deposits, salts. Use fresh water only; spray the frames down thoroughly at a high hose pressure. A soft dusting cloth can then be used to enhance the surface.
SYNTHETIC WICKER
All our wicker furniture is hand woven with Viro® fiber, a premium synthetic Polyethylene fiber. Viro® is high flexible, UV and weather resistant. This fiber is designed to be insensitive to temperature differences ranging between -25C-70C. It is 100% recyclable and resistant to chlorine and salt water. Strong and Durable, Recyclable and Washable Maintenance Free.
Viro® fiber is guaranteed for 3 years from delivery to withstand fading, weathering or cracking.
The mechanical and physical properties of Viro® have been tested by the Sentra Teknologi Polimer, Indonesia and the productivity and Standard Board, Singapore in accordance with the test methods issued by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Maintenance: This type of furniture can be left outside all year round and is able to stand very low and high temperatures. When very cold, the weave will become somewhat stiffer than normal and in extremely hot temperatures the weave will become more elastic. The furniture will retain its normal elastic property once the temperature stabilizes.
However, to meet our customers satisfaction, we also provide other well known synthetic wicker in the market such as Rehau® and Cyroplene™.

FABRIC
Xylum™ is a 100% Olefin based fabric and exclusively designed for outdoor use. Olefin fiber is solution dyed then woven. It’s retaining color and vibrancy for years. Olefin is soft and comfortable, resists stains, mildew, fading, and abrasions. It’s easy to care; an open weave construction stays cool. It has good abrasion resistance, dries quickly and carries moisture away from the skin. It is also resistant to degradation by chemicals, perspiration, mildew and weather. Olefin holds its bright colors well and is resistant to fading. The production of olefins leaves very little waste byproducts or residue. Olefin is easier to recycle than most other fibers. Olefin, in its basic form, is made into packaging materials. These materials are easily melted and reused.
